It is a commission from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia to study how to improve the generation of renewable energies

Royal Decree-Law 5/2023 of June 28 has introduced significant changes in the area of labor leave, expanding the rights of reconciliation and ensuring equality of treatment and opportunities between men and women at work. This training allows us to achieve fiscal, labor, and legal specialization in the cooperative model and certifies that we know, work with, and are networked with the cooperative movement and public administrations.

Housing is an extremely complex problem, in which everyone participates to some extent and viewpoints vary widely.

All the factors involve clash and interact with each other, such as the labor market, land ownership, construction costs, urban planning, the effectiveness of justice... and there are no magic solutions to solve all these issues.

In the Anoia region, various initiatives prioritize more equitable environmental and social practices and articulate alternatives to the current economic system. We are talking about initiatives that operate in the field of the so-called Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). We find projects that aim to cover a very wide range of needs, from food, access to housing, energy consumption to the development of educational or cultural projects.

On February 18, 2026, Royal Decree 126/2026 was published in the Official State Gazette, setting the new Minimum Interprofessional Salary (SMI) for 2026 and expressly regulating the compensation and absorption regime on an annual basis.

The regulation establishes a minimum wage of €1,221 gross per month in 14 payments, with retroactive effect from January 1, and requires companies to review payrolls and salary structures in accordance with legal criteria.

When a company ceases to operate without following legal procedures, the consequences can be serious, especially for the administrator. This was recently confirmed by the Provincial Court of Murcia, which convicted an administrator of being liable with his personal assets for unpaid wages owed to two workers following the irregular closure of the company.
