Grup Carles Rural is a company dedicated to the management, design, and construction of wastewater treatment plants and livestock manure treatment plants for pigs, cattle or mixed sectors.
We offer proven solutions in the management and treatment of livestock manure, with a wide range of volumes to handle: from 3,500 m3/year of slurry, equivalent to a farm with 2,000 fattening pigs, to a plant with a capacity of 70,000 m3/year of slurry, depending on your needs.

We specialize in the detailed analysis of each stage, such as solid-liquid separation, nutrient concentration in slurry through biological treatment, and, if necessary, slurry dehydration and recirculation to achieve maximum nutrient concentration. This solution is tailored based on the available agricultural base of the farm and its location.

RAACPUR technology
The patented treatment does not require external oxygen supply.
The liquid effluent from the slurry contains two basic types of contaminants: the loads formed by carbon compounds (COD-BOD5) and the loads formed by nitrogen compounds (N-NH4-, N-NH3-, Norg).
The patented reactor process is based on the biological degradation of liquid effluents through the action of bacterial colonies (activated sludge). Aerobic bacteria, like all aerobic living organisms, require oxygen in addition to carbon to thrive.

Easy maintenance
Our biological manure treatment plants are a highly efficient and low-maintenance system, as they exclusively operate with electric motors (pumps and mixers) and an aeration system through channels powered by only one electric motor. This key feature eliminates the need for complex components that traditionally require regular attention and maintenance, so you only need to replace faulty components when necessary.
