RDL 3/2026: Revaluation of Public Pensions and Other Urgent Measures Regarding Social Security

Royal Decree‑Law 3/2026, of February 3, establishes the revaluation of public pensions for 2026 with a general increase of 2.7 % and higher increases for minimum, non-contributory pensions and the IMV, and includes other urgent measures regarding Social Security, such as adjustments to contributions and technical measures for the system.

Order TES/1573/2025: New update of the annexes of the Register of Collective Agreements and Equality Plans (REGCON)

Order TES/1573/2025 updates Annexes 2.I to 2.IV of Royal Decree 713/2010 with the aim of improving the quality and comparability of statistical data related to collective agreements and their registration. Although Annex 2.V, concerning equality plans, is not amended, the Order strengthens the registration framework for these plans within the REGCON system, ensuring more coherent information adapted to the current socio‑labour context.

RD 164/2025: Fire safety regulation for industrial establishments.

Royal Decree 164/2025 approves the new Fire Safety Regulation for Industrial Establishments (RSCIEI), which updates and replaces the previous regulations, establishing updated requirements for the prevention, detection, containment and extinguishing of fires in industrial facilities, with more stringent criteria for organization, inspection and protection systems in order to minimize risks to people, property and the environment.

Entry into force of Organic Law 1/2025 on efficiency measures for the Public Ministry of Justice.
