This week we had the opportunity to welcome a delegation from the Cheongju City Council (South Korea) to our facilities. Their stay in the region is part of an official trip to discover cutting-edge initiatives in sustainability, and they wanted to see first-hand the model we promote at Grup Carles for the treatment of livestock manure.

Housing is an extremely complex problem, in which everyone participates to some extent and viewpoints vary widely.

The recent Housing Law introduces personal income tax (IRPF) tax incentives for new rental contracts for primary residences, with the aim of stimulating the supply of affordable prices. Digital transformation has become a topic of great relevance in the business world, comparable in importance to the Industrial Revolution in its time. The first one, 1.0, was the period of mechanization, followed by 2.0, which brought the use of electricity, and 3.0, which marked the era of computing. Now, we are living the Industrial Revolution 4.0, known as the digitalization revolution, where digital transformation is the key element. This revolution is changing the way organizations operate and how people live their lives.
