Implementing an Agri-food Industry in Sant Salvador de Guardiola: An Integral and Sustainable Solution
We have carried out the implementation of an agri-food industry in Sant Salvador de Guardiola. This project has included several phases, such as the removal of existing asbestos, the installation of a new roof, the implementation of a photovoltaic system, and the necessary urban planning for the new industry.
Our comprehensive and sustainable vision has been key to ensuring responsible development of this project, contributing to the preservation of the environment and the well-being of the local community.
The Challenge
One of the major challenges we faced in this project was the removal of asbestos, which required specialized and strict management of hazardous waste. We also had to work in a coordinated manner to ensure that the entire implementation of the new industry complied with current urban planning regulations and standards
The Solution
The solution we proposed for this project was comprehensive and sustainable. We carried out a detailed plan for the safe removal of asbestos, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. In addition, we designed a new roof with modern and resistant materials, and implemented a photovoltaic system for the use of renewable energy in the facilities of the new industry. Likewise, we took into account urban planning regulations in the project planning.
