Commercial Management Assistant
Grup Carles collaborates with one of the main national business groups in the paper sector for the incorporation of a person who participates, reporting to commercial management, in the management and processing of orders for customers around the world.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Collaborate directly with the commercial director of the organisation.
- You will be responsible for receiving and confirming orders, as well as monitoring their status.
- Constant communication with customers to provide them with updated information on orders: reception, attention to requests, production dates...
- Managing invoicing and sending the corresponding documentation.
- Requesting and sending product samples to customers.
- Prepare and manage documentation for shipments.
- Requesting export SADs, health certificates, consular legalisations, chamber certificates, etc.
- Verify compliance with FSC and PEFC chain of custody standards.
- File delivery notes with the customer's delivery stamp and maintain the database (registrations, modifications, prices, discounts, etc.).

What are we looking for in you?
- Higher education in International Trade, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- It is essential to have a high level of English.
- It is essential to have a driver's license and your own car, as well as having geographical proximity (Igualada or surrounding area).
