Maintenance technician

Grup Carles collaborates with a company in the paper sector of Anoia for the incorporation of a specialist in mechanical maintenance to participate in the functions of installation and maintenance of the machinery of its plant.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the plant's facilities and machinery.
• You will participate in the maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and the factory's infrastructure (in the mechanical workshop).
• Execute machine repairs according to indications and perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Execute the maintenance of the factory infrastructure.
• Assist with specific production functions according to needs.
• Assist with machine adjustments in production to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
• Document and report incidents and maintenance work.
• Know and use generic maintenance procedures and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in their work area on the machine and in the workshop.

What are we looking for in you?

• Responsible and planned person. Used to working at a high pace and under pressure.
• Young profile with CFGM/CFGS training in mechanics. Very valuable knowledge of pneumatics, basic electricity/electronics, interpretation of blueprints...
• Experience in continuous process industrial environments is a plus. Experience in the paper or textile sector is highly valued.
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Essential geographical proximity (Igualada or surroundings).
