Modification and implementation of a monitoring system for a biological plant for livestock waste treatment.

Through monitoring and automation, we have succeeded in improving the efficiency of livestock waste treatment in an existing biological plant.

The Challenge

The challenge of this project has been to enhance the efficiency of an existing biological plant that treats pig livestock waste. The aim was to ensure the proper functioning of the plant to achieve maximum efficiency in the treatment process. However, there was a need to implement a system or solution that would allow continuous monitoring and control of the process's status to detect possible issues or malfunctions and taking swift corrective actions.

The Solution

To ensure maximum efficiency and the proper functioning of an existing biological plant that treats pig livestock waste, we have implemented an automation system to control all electrical equipment and sensors within the facility. The goal was to constantly monitor the process's status. This monitoring has allowed us to improve the initial performance of the installation.
