Billing Administrative

Grup Carles collaborates with a company in the fashion sector for the incorporation of a person in their administration department to be responsible for invoicing.
If you are a person with experience in administration, with good communication skills and highly customer-oriented, this is your opportunity.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Be part of the administration team of the organisation.
- Manage the entry of orders into the management system (SAP).
- Control of incoming and outgoing material.
- Documentary management of orders: validation of purchase invoices, pre-invoices, delivery note management...
- Follow-up of shipments and customer service.
- Direct contact with customers and suppliers.
- Preparation of reports for General Management.
