Grup Carles collaborates with a company in the fashion sector for the incorporation of a person in their administration department to be responsible for invoicing.

If you are a person with experience in administration, with good communication skills and highly customer-oriented, this is your opportunity.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Be part of the administration team of the organisation.
  • Manage the entry of orders into the management system (SAP).
  • Control of incoming and outgoing material.
  • Documentary management of orders: validation of purchase invoices, pre-invoices, delivery note management...
  • Follow-up of shipments and customer service.
  • Direct contact with customers and suppliers.
  • Preparation of reports for General Management.

  • Part-time from Monday to Thursday and intensive on Fridays.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Person with good communication skills and clearly customer oriented.
  • Used to heavy workloads. Good planning skills.
  • Higher education in administration is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is highly valued.
  • Geographical proximity (Igualada or surroundings) is essential.
