We are entering, as every year, the campaign for the income tax declaration. This campaign to settle our fiscal obligations regarding income and assets for the 2022 financial year began last April 11. There are no changes in the deadline for submitting declarations, which will conclude on June 30 (if the result is to be paid with bank domiciliation, the last day will be June 27).

Grup Carles is committed to a more sustainable and efficient future in the agri-food sector. In this edition of FIGAN 2025, which will take place from 25 to 28 March at the Zaragoza Trade Fair, we will present innovative solutions focused on sustainability and efficiency in animal production.

In the Anoia region, various initiatives prioritize more equitable environmental and social practices and articulate alternatives to the current economic system. We are talking about initiatives that operate in the field of the so-called Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). We find projects that aim to cover a very wide range of needs, from food, access to housing, energy consumption to the development of educational or cultural projects.

We live in a world where we spend more than 90% of our time indoors. According to an AIMC study, we spend about 15 hours a day in our homes, which represents 62.3% of our daily time. If we add up the hours we spend in enclosed workplaces, transport and leisure spaces, this percentage rises to 90%. 

In recent years, renovation has become one of the main areas of focus in the field of architecture and construction. The need to extend the useful life of buildings, improve their energy efficiency and preserve existing heritage has led to a new professional and civic awareness. However, renovating a building is no easy task: it involves understanding, respecting and transforming what already exists. It is a complex operation, fraught with constraints that go far beyond pure technical execution.
