Optimizing Water Consumption in a Paper Industry.

We have carried out the executive project of medium and low voltage, for the installation of a water recovery and consumption minimization system in a paper company. The goal of this project was to optimize water use in the industrial operations of the paper company, reducing its consumption and minimizing losses, with a sustainable and efficient approach.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to design a technical solution that allows the recovery and minimization of water consumption in a paper company, taking into account the particularities of the sector, such as the large amounts of water used in manufacturing processes and the specific needs of paper operations.

The Solution

The solution we proposed involves the installation of a water recovery system based on specialized technologies and equipment that allow recycling and reusing water used in industrial processes, as well as minimizing water losses. This solution includes the installation of filtration, water treatment, and storage systems, as well as the implementation of control and automation systems to optimize water use in real time.
