We have worked in collaboration with a family-owned business in the food industry to prepare a specific Family Protocol that suited their needs and concerns.

The Challenge

We had to work with sensitivity to balance the interests of the family and the business and ensure that the agreements reached were acceptable to all parties involved.

The Solution
