Building a 12,000 m² Industrial Complex

We have developed a civil engineering and industrial installations design project for a 8,000 m² industrial complex of warehouses and 1,500 m² of corporate offices. We were responsible for the architectural design of the corporate offices and the architectural integration of the complex, as well as the adaptation of a showroom for clients.

To ensure proper integration of the production process, we carried out a detailed integration plan and supervised its implementation to achieve a smooth and efficient operation..

Additionally, we were responsible for the management and control of environmental vectors to ensure compliance with regulations and the sustainability of the project. We also exercised Project Management of the implementation, coordinating all tasks and teams involved in the project to ensure that deadlines and budgets were met.

The Challenge

After a devastating fire destroyed the SPA manufacturing business, the company sought a new location to restart its activity as soon as possible. We took charge of the construction and installation projects, Project Management, and direction and commissioning in record time. Two years after the fire, the company was manufacturing at the new location.

The Solution

The solution we proposed was to design a complete industrial complex that included warehouses and corporate offices, as well as the integration of the production process and the management of environmental vectors, in addition to the direction and commissioning in record time. To ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets, we exercised Project Management for the implementation, coordinating all tasks and teams involved in the project. Thanks to this solution, the company was able to start manufacturing at the new location just two years after the fire, in an efficient and high-quality industrial complex.
