Pol Morales i Vilumara

Pol Morales Vilumara is a people management technician with extensive experience in personnel selection. He has a background in Psychology, extended by the preparation of the PIR (Resident Internal Psychologist), which provided him with constant learning and a solid foundation in the different areas that are framed both in the understanding of mental health and in the treatment and management of personnel.

For Pol, dealing with people is easy and of vital importance, he believes that if there is a good fit with the company and a good working environment, it facilitates a good incorporation and subsequent good productivity.

His goal is to facilitate good communication with employees and the company, to create a rich network of teams, aligned with the company's values and culture.
