Expansion of a logistics warehouse

We developed a project to expand the logistics warehouse of Ondulados Carme, which included the construction of a modern and functional space of more than 4,000 m² in the Santa Margarida de Montbui warehouse. We were responsible for the design and planning of the civil works and industrial installations, guaranteeing optimum integration with the existing structure.

The challenge

Ondulados Carme, a leading company in the corrugated cardboard sector, has started a project to expand its logistics warehouse in Santa Margarida de Montbui. The aim of this expansion, which is expected to be completed in 2025, is to reinforce its operational capacity with the construction of a modern and functional space of more than 4,000 square metres, thus consolidating its position in the market and its commitment to efficiency, quality and sustainability.
