Graduated in Business Administration and Management, Sofia has a background that provides her with a broad understanding of the business environment and allows her to understand organisations’ needs from different perspectives.

Her vocation is to support clients in their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and solutions in the labour field, with the aim of understanding each company’s reality and adding value to people management. Because behind every contract, every procedure and every labour process, there are people who are part of a business project.
