Rosana Isasi, who holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, is a professional with a solid background in the economic and financial field, and a strong focus on executive advisory and strategic decision-making. With more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies and 6 years in Economic-Financial Consulting and Management Control for SMEs, she brings a global perspective that integrates financial and strategic insight with human development.

Her goal is to support Directors and Managers of SMEs in transforming the way they manage and make decisions on a daily basis, providing them with the tools and judgement needed to move forward with confidence and coherence.
